I wasn't defending KE, I was slamming you.

If it helps you to keep vilifying him, that's your right.

And if you think having KE on CNBC talking about how he's responding to a brand new shareholder lawsuit will help the share price, then forge right ahead. Personally, I don't think anything he says on the air is going to help the stock right now, but I'm sure you know best.

And don't forget to sue the Board of Directors, because that's who decided to split the stock.
