Stephen; Time will tell - not that upgrades, downgrades seem to mean anything. I'll tell you one thing though - it sure is terrific to begin to see the stock start to move positively only to have it blown out of the water for several months by this dec acquisition. Maybe I'm too impatient. I want to see the kind of appreciation cpq experienced in the past. Unfortunately, cpq is breaking new ground here - longest period for recovery from previous highs since I don't know when. This is a first for cpq - contrary to what some others may want us to believe about cpq has done this before. Yes it has - but not this long. Look at the charts.
