Wharfie, They should be turning loose non-violent offenders, and keeping the violent ones locked up. GEE, YA THINK?!? That's the problem. The people they are releasing are NOT "non-violent offenders." Like I said before, this should dispel the myth once and for all that most people in jail are "non-violent offenders." Because if this were true, the state would have an easy time making sure all of those who were released were truly "non-violent." Never let a serious crisis go to waste. Tenchusatsu
