Doug, Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about the waiting period in reference to RAIN. Thanks for reminding me. It was close though. I start monitoring them after 10-15 trading days just in case one I really like like VVUS or KLIC should signal a day or two early. Esteban

IL/Violaters And the nominees are: CXI and BDX. I got to get new charting software. My current software gives me lines that don't tell date or price so I'm using a ruler to connect dots across the screen. But, low-tech as that it, a clear violation has occurred. Doug? Dave? Do either of you concur? I'd really like CXI to go up some more today so I can short the hell out of it later.
