Henry, I agree with you. But you have to admit, this group is kind of schizophrenic on this point. On the one hand, we want all the info we can get and some we shouldn't really have. And then when we get it, it gets plastered all over the internet (instead of a nice quiet phone call) getting everyone nervous, excited and eventually mad when the rumour turns out to be wrong.

It doens't take much selling volume to drop the price on this stock so it cannot be overemphasized the damage wrong rumours can have on the stock price.

Respectfully,

Tom F.

why do you think i likened it to the Titanic..but to act like its
not happening..<and this isnt aimed at you> why do you think that
on Friday after market close a couple of weeks ago..instinet was
trading at much higher numbers..I dont hear a huge amount of rumors
on this stock..but the ones i have heard have almost all come to
pass..i'm not a major player here..if i hear it.must be pretty
well known by many..i just said i had heard it also..is it better
to just let it run around in emails? Its reality..rumors,leaks.etc..
not fair , but a reality..

Sorry about that. Suppose I should have stated it was just a rumor. Unfortunately, I've never been able to get any response to all the inquiries I have directed concerning the factual matters (which are material to me as a shareholder) to Jimmy John such as the ones I have posted over the past week. If a constant flow of material information (such as for example, a release concerning J/L Technology option extension) were released on a timely basis, perhaps people ( including myself) would not feel a necessity to grasp at straws as the stock price follows the death spiral. Perhaps there wouldn't even be a death spiral. Generally, I have not found information obtained from investor relations to be all that accurate or timely (JMHO). I don't hear a lot of rumors about the stock but I do hear them from time to time. I'll keep them to myself in the future. JLA

Thanks Henry.....you have just given me reason to believe that there is intelligent life out there.....noone at Naxos could possibly be so stupid as to hype rumors .... could they?

Anyway...I think that we should start givin' this thread a rest...we will all probably make more money by using our thread time to practice our occupations.

It may also give us a new p.o.v.

Sliding into lurk mode...and away from the "rumormill".....

DO YOU THINK THAT ALDOUS HUXLEY WAS REFERRING TO JIMMY JOHN AS BIG BROTHER????
