"Releasing them into the public is extremely stupid" Have you noticed that I keep saying either "Only release non-violent criminals" or "Don't release violent ones"? "If the inmates have to be put in isolation from each other, so be it." That's the first sensible thing you've said about the subject. How would you go about doing it?
