The problem has been that there isn't any information to go on... so
what we get is speculation from all sides, good and bad.

Lowell, keep in mind that the number of shares outstanding has changed
since the EPS announcements. Due to that fact, EPS is in the eye of
the beholder.

Let me also point out that it did not say anywhere in the release
that the line of credit was used for this acquisition, but rather was
there for future aquisition plans.

Brad, thanks for posting the info -- ask Ira why he didn't put it in
the release. This company needs to learn how to give out information.
In RELEASES not to people who have to call to get the facts straight
after the issuance of a release that causes more questions than
answers.

I believe that management's hearts are in the right place but I wish
some of these issues (like the poor press releases) wouldn't keep
coming up OVER and OVER again. I fully expect that we'll all be
happy when the numbers come out. Right now all we have is a bunch
of people arguing over whose emotional reaction to this stock is
the right one... that's really pointless. I have a warm fuzzy (ok
maybe it's more of a glow than a fuzzy now) and Little Engine and
others have a sinking suspicious feeling. Come on people, we're all
entitiled to our feelings, and entitled to express them. It would
be nice though if we all had some facts regarding the earnings to
work with though. Without those audited numbers all we can do is bray
on about how we each feel.
