Why is this an issue? I hear YOOOHOOO is just going to team up with Softbank in an acquisition of Compaq/Digital. Let's see....that would be about 1 billion YHOO shares to acquire the two companies. (Hey, it would even be an accretive acquisition.)

1 Billion shares...That's nothing for the Leading Intergalactic Media Conglomerate.
