I watched that all the way through. Couple of things...

-At 9:40 he says that residents of nursing homes in NY have a 50% chance of dying from covid. That's preposterous. Tracking of nursing home deaths has been slow to develop but my facility keeps on top of the numbers from NC and his assertion strains credulity. There's not even one death per facility state wide let alone a 50% death rate.

-Early on he argues that any vaccine that might be developed would be rushed and that, without thorough testing, people would be reluctant to take it. But somehow they should be fearful of his treatment, which has not yet been thoroughly tested.

-Early on he pushes for the herd-immunity approach vs the avoidance approach. He does mention those who are harmed but uncounted as a function of the operative approach But he never offers an estimate of how many would die or be harmed vs how many are dying with the operative approach. Despite his treatment being prophylactively given universally, there would surely be some loss.
