So, it just depends on how quickly a person gets to the doctor. The argument on yesterday's video was that the drug is most valuable used prophylactically. But there's no way to test that hypothesis other than a large rct that intentionally infects people. Likewise using it as treatment immediately upon onset of symptoms.
