Trump's already held a couple of pressers, admitted Obama left a playbook, then claimed they had their own 2 'playbook'(s), which were better than Obama's 'loose sheets of paper', because they were in a trapper-keepers! One of the 'playbooks they touted was also written by Obama, and release in 2017. You can read the one the Obama admin. released, but not the other one. For people that lie constantly, they're really bad liars.

The playbook is real, I've seen it. One of the early steps - a crucial one - was to visit Chinatown in San Francisco and hug random strangers.
