Sorry "Rich" .... Enough of the "Bush Beating". It's ABUNDANTLY OBVIOUS THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE "LIE" IS THAT YOU ARE CONVINCED MICHAEL FLYNN MUST BE GUILTY OF .... You are perfectly content to CONCLUDE SOMEONE IS GUILTY EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT GUILT IS ACTUALLY BASED ON. So I'm afraid you're now "SWITCHED OFF" .... You were given an opportunity, ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, to answer a simple, very relevant and pertinent question and you couldn't, because you did not, in fact, know the answer to that question .... It appears the Flynn case is over. Judge Sullivan has denied amicus 3rd-party arguments. He's on rock solid legal ground, too. "Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure do not provide for intervention by third parties in criminal cases...Options exist for a private citizen to express his views about matters of public interest, but Court's docket is not an available option." usatoday.com Oh wait, that was back in 2017 when Flynn was getting criminally negligent defense counsel and when the DOJ was hiding crucial evidence from him. Judge Sullivan has proven his prejudice time and time again in this trial . He needs to be removed from the case and impeached. Tom
