Mark Zoint, CEO of WSTL explained in their CC that the spliterless technology is a CPE(customer premis equipment) issue and as far as the central office is concerned the same ADSL modem can talk to both regular and Spilterless-ADSL (As long as they are both DMT).

So since PAIR sells primarily to CO's I dont think this really effects them.
