I did your assumption #1 math first....that's what led me to ask the question.

There may be a few other ways to skin the same cat, using adjusted O/S numbers from the recent registration documents or the proxy for the shareholder vote on the share increase. The 10-Q would have answered the o/s question had it been filed, but noooooooo.
