Larry, was on CNBC. He stated US Oracle database sales are up 25%. NC applications are ready. He also made it clear that Asia only consists of 15% of Oracle's sales. In a nutshell.

Jim,

Larry E was just on CNBC and made the following comments.
1) DB growth in North American for 3rd QTR (this QTR) is projected to be 25%
2) Taking market share from everyone (DB) including Microsoft NT
3) Asia difficult to predict but essentially flat
4) Oracle DB used 80% of time for applications sold by Peoplesoft,
Baan, SAP, and others

Looks good to me.
