If forced to choose, I'd rather Pair had Russia than US West."

It seems to me this is like one of those westell type, marketing announcements where they beat their drums yet no firm orders ever get posted. Pair IR has said they don't do that, so hopefully Pair will announce massive orders from Russia during the earnings release. I'm sure a couple of rubbles a month will supply the average russian with all the western decadence (via rush limbaugh or the ellen degenerance show) they can handle if adsl ever supplies video-on-demand, until then they'll have to be happy with high speed downloads of nude rush limbaugh photos......what a disgusting thought.

It also seems strange that business wire newswire did not pickup this story. In general do companies supply news to specific news services or do they just post it in one central location and whoever wants to carry that news does so?

I can imagine that in Russia the quantity of lines available would be limited therefore, the pgflex products would be very useful.

Also as more companies expand operations in former soviet block countries the need for T1 services would also increase and drive demand for HDSL products.
