I think he was trying to say that hydroxychloroquine/zinc should be saved for people who really need it because of supply problems. I think it's pretty clear that HCQ plus zinc works well on Covid-19 and, like ALL anti-virals, is best if administered EARLY in the sickness. It's also clear that HCQ has been used by millions of people for decades in the effective treatment of malaria, rheumatoid disorders, and other problems. In fact, it has been on the World Health Organizations' "Model List of Essential Medicines" for years. en.wikipedia.org There are too many success reports and videos for it to be dismissed simply because president Trump promoted it.
