Many people think he's lying about taking HQC. Apparently he's taken it three times, starting about 10 days ago, so he's probably not on any kind of regimen.

Maybe he wakes up every day and decides to take another dose that day based on how he feels.

Every president since the 1970s has unveiled a painting of the man in office before him. The ceremony is seen as a rare moment of praise and bipartisanship in deeply divided American politics.

"We may have our differences politically," Mr Obama said when he hosted former President George W. Bush for his portrait unveiling in 2012, "but the presidency transcends those differences."
