scrapps...

i got a chance to listen as well,
and i howled when the same
analogy was used about commitment...

it was very funny.

the adopters, yeah...not to be confused
with the grifters.

they handled themselves well.

Tim's CC notes.
DSL lite is called UADSL in working group.
UADSL is only high speed plug and play alternative.
AWRE started working on UADSL in mid 97.
CPQ, MSFT and INTC have been conducting demonstrations to the working group using Aware products.
Believe patent position will provide revenues from UADSL.
OEM partner announcements expected "in near future".
Full rate DMT-
Ericsson is trialing Aware product in 15 countries.
Pulsecom is trialing in Manitoba and Malaysia.
Questions-
Does LU use Aware? "not in position to comment" (could have said no)
Ramp rate of full rate DMT is helped by UADSL.
Current partners will work on UADSL as well as new partners to be announced "in the coming weeks and months"
UADSL equipment may be deployed before standard set if ITU stalls.
PC OEM news "coming soon"
Not clear that recent AIT/CPQ press release says anything about UADSL.
Working within consortium licensing rules to take advantage of our Patent applications on DMT and UADSL.

Thanks for your notes Scrapps.
Show me the money!
Tim
