Wayne J, I agree. However, my guess is that Jack Arnold won't actually assume that role until after the merger is announced and they have a week or two to get situated.

For now, I think the way this thread has "processed" information is remarkable. I want to tell everyone involved that I appreciate the efforts you are all putting into this thread.

Best wishes,
Brad

My sense is that Jack has made remarkable progress in the time frame of this CVIA transformation. There has got to be a tremendous amount of negotiation, legalese, and other "stuff" that has to get done to make anything happen. I was pretty amazed at the speed with which the matchmaking was done, the intent letter signed, and now off to the finalization process. This stuff usually grinds pretty slowly. I think it's only gotten this far this fast because it had highly-motivated, focused attention from Jack.

IMHO, the best thing he can do for us stockholders is to keep on keeping on, and communicate at intervals as things of significance occur. I was in concurrence with the one-man contact scheme because that kept Jack from spending his time unproductively providing fragmentary and redundant answers to a whole slew of interested folks.

I just have this te-e-e-e-ny suspicion that all the hard work's not done, and won't be for some time. I'm for continuing the process we embarked on, giving Jack as much time as possible to execute job 1, and continuing to practice patience. He's been good about giving us frequent feedback. A lot of companies doing these sorts of things just go silent.

I'm just suggesting we keep the noise level down to a dull roar so he can continue to concentrate on what he has to do for all of us to benefit . . . in time.

Thanks some more, Wayne, for acting as point man in the communications area. JimA

Hi Wayne!
I appreciate the time and effort you put in keeping us all up-to-date.
I'll be looking forward to hearing from you after you speak with Jack Arnold. Hopefully the company will proceed with the merger as planned, and Jack Arnold will take over with IR.
Thanks again!
