She described a RCT testing for HCQ as a prophylactic in which all participants are “first responders” (EMT, ER personnel, etc.). They expect to have results at the end of June.

And it it doesn't give the results the President wants, he'll say the doctors were Democrats who hate him. Just like he did with the VA study of HQC.

Interesting, but not what we were talking about. That trial is operating in the standard paradigm where the drug is post-exposure, hence a treatment, albeit a nip-it-in-the-bud very early one.

I would be interested in her criteria for participation and what input testing they would be doing.
