No, the banks record ever transaction. So if they run into a problem they just have to look back X-days and see the balance, than work forward from then. The only problem that exist are expanded credit limits, and those people who want to due interbank transaction. The Y2K is blown way....way out of reason.

If I had more cash, I would short the snot out of Y2K companies, one week to 2000! Aint going to be no.....

Ben, If you read the JPM site you will have the answers. It is very complete. There are several Y2K threads. If I can mention 1 Co.,
CGI Group out of Montreal split their price twice in 97 and have $1.5 BILL. of work ahead of them. They just bought out Bell Sygma for a total of 16 takeovers. All their contracts are for 10 yrs.
