Back when the Canadian/U.S. dollar ratio was 60% or so I bought Canadian drugs shipped here. Probably no reason the reverse wouldn't hold now.

Edit: As teevee noted you'll have to have a Canadian Dr. ratify your prescription.When I was doing it it was an easy trip across the border and finding a cooperative Dr. was no problem.
