For this Rice, lying comes so easily. Yes, all the Dems are well-schooled in this nefarious art but she is the 'Rhodes Scholar' among the cesspool of her fellow 'swamp creatures'. I can never forget the feigned sincerity on her face when she peddled that disgusting story to the UN regarding Bengazi. Most everyone knew that what she was spouting on behalf of Hillary & Obama was absolute rubbish, yet she almost gleefully went on with this nonsense.
