E., do you really think that I am the only one that will sue them? <eom>

E. The "BM" from Mars has a habit of showing up when stocks get hammered. I seem to recall him the last time INTC took a dive and he was definitely on the RATL thread when they (inc. me) got hit. Maybe it's supposed to be a comedy schtick...maybe he's hyping gold???

I'm sticking with IOM for a while, now that I'm an "investor." My call $$ are history but it's not the first time and it won't be the last. I've taken a terrible blow (both in $$ totals and % loss) but it's not like I was held down and prevented from hitting the sell button during the last few weeks. I'll be fine as soon as I gather my wits sufficiently to start trading again...a few hundred here, a few thousand there...has always worked for me. Every single time I've ended up crying in my beer, I was swinging for the fences.

I agree with you 100 percent that lawsuits suck...a form of self mutilation, if you ask me. Weren't some here (Teddy? Linda?) thinking of calling KE? Wonder if they tried/learned anything?

BTW, interesting charts. Thanks.
