I do believe that because of Trump NYC doctors were not open to hearing of any success story. "Spite" was my word. Perhaps not the best one. And that's a shame for physicians to be so engulfed in politics that they refuse to consider apparently successful treatments -- in their defense, they are consistently bombarded with lies against Trump which they all believe because bashing Trump is a societal norm there. But the above confirms what I was shooting for when I chose the word. Pick a different one if you like.
