Whose authority? or Doses ordered. Everything in that article is public record and well known. The questions I asked are not answered in there though. On whose authority did the US "invest" in this cure? When was this investment made? When Donald Doc said it was a cure doesn't matter, that is cartoon stuff. <tweet> quack 100,000 Americans have already died though, which US medical authority is responsible? Elon Musk and Didier Raoult are just some characters on YouTube or Twitter. They are private individuals with no authority in the US government. It was my understanding that the US invested in millions upon millions of doses of this "cure". When did they do this? Who ordered it? The Bright timeline doesn't mention Elon Musk does it?
