Frank,

In answer to the other half of your e-mail, I believe Teo has to file an amendment to Form 13D after he makes a sale. I am not sure of this but I believe it to be true. I also do not think that he has to give any pre-warning. Just like you and I he is just another investor. . . but one with a greater position.
