The Prudent Speculator newsletter, which was up 42% last year, is calling SIII a recommendation and is expecting a nice bounce at some point this year. SIII is obviously basing around 5 or so, and, if like all the other surprise bottom break outs I've seen, will continue to trade between 4 3/4 and 5 3/4 or so until suddenly, without warning, explode back up to double digits. It will happen, noone knows when, probably this spring, rebirth of sorts for SIII, as the leaves and flowers bloom, so, too, will SIII return to old support levels.

Downgrade maybe indicates that they
have just finished selling their client's
shares. Now, they are accumulating,
and hope that they can get some cheap
shares from us.

The bottom line: It is nonsense to
downgrade at this price level.
