Diwan will be a very rich man if the company gets a drug to commercialization. I'll have made an acceptable return for my risks. You resent his terms, which is your right. He's been able to do a significant (and MUCH needed) capital raise with qualified institutional investors who do their DD. It was good to see. It makes me a bit more comfortable. If doesn't get an IND and collaboration soon, he never will. This pandemic has made NNVC potentially viable again. But the time window is short.
