Bulba,
After 8 weeks of cohabiting in a self-imposed stay at home with a woman
I really love, the fact that it appears I’ve finally moved to the positive side for valuation of my portfolio you could have mentioned this accomplishment. You could simply put an asterisk to note my savvy stock picking has got its MoJo back..that until next Friday.

5/29/2020 Contest update
(Contest YTD is calculated from 1/3/2020 close.)
The financial markets reacted to President Trump’s war of words with Twitter, China and the mayor of Minneapolis with just a mild hiccup. Nonetheless, for whatever reason, there was a bit of profit-taking in our smaller-cap biotechs.
At Friday’s close, the Contest median was up 7.68% YTD (vs. up 10.97% YTD a week ago), the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) was up 13.84% YTD (vs. up 12.78% YTD a week ago), the smaller-cap S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (SPSIBI) was up 11.01% YTD (vs. up 13.69% YTD a week ago), while the Nasdaq Composite Index (NCI) was up 5.20% YTD (vs. up 3.37% YTD a week ago).
We have a new Contest leader! Blasted into first place by ADAP’s surge, FILO’s portfolio finished the week with a phenomenal 133.21% YTD gain. JBOG’s portfolio, up 101.51% YTD, fell to second place, while DEWDIL’s portfolio, up 63.95% YTD, jumped into third place with a boost from TARA.
At Friday's close, 25 of the 42 Contest portfolios were in the green, with 17 beating the NBI and 18 still beating the SPSIBI.
The 197 Contest stock picks have an average YTD gain of 23.79% with the YTD median at 2.47%.
Below is the Top Ten list. Also below are the Top 5 & Bottom 5 Stocks for the week ranked by % Gained and % Lost YTD. (Prices not converted to US$ in these Tables.)
Portfolio adjustments: ZFGN symbol change to LRMR witha 1-12 reverse split.
(All corrections, especially adjustments for splits & mergers, greatly appreciated.)
Stay safe and enjoy the final May weekend biotechies!
Peace & good health,
Bulba
