Any NASDAQ listed stock under $1 is going to be a risk at this point. The listing rules will soon force these companies to reverse split to get their price where they can still be listed, or they will be sent down to the OTCBB, and when that happens, the stock usually will tank initially, because investors will run. However, I have also seen companies that have rebounded on the OTCBB after they have tanked. Nevertheless, anyone investing in a NASDAQ stock under $1 should be VERY careful at this point.

Here is a real sleeper: NROX

I called Scott Kelly (IR) at 650-588-2678.
You may recognize the name from the SI posts.
(At least he is honest about it.)

5.2 mil outstanding shares.
@1 mil float
debt will soon be reduced - now @ $1/2 mil.

10K and 10Q out by the end of the month AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!

Quote today .135 - .14.
There is some continued selling - I believe one or two people
were selling 5000 blocks. However, I really believe this is close to a low. Their upcoming coal sales deals are estimated to add value
to about $3.50 per share. Also, they are expanding into oil and gas.

If anyone disagrees let us know, but I think this the "perfect sleeper!"
