Roger--Dispite your good humor about Derek's attack, I would much prefer not to see such stuff at all here (or anywhere else in SI). I agree longs are very welcome to post here. I don't think it is too much to ask people not to engage in personal attacks here however, regardless of their view on a company. People do disagree on prospective short targets here but the thread remains remarkably civil. I feel that is one reason the thread is so informative and useful. The longs on CTRX have only succeeded in keeping out an informed knowledgable voice that is in disagreement with them. Not a wise thing to do. I do disagree with you about the impact of posts on SI on stock prices. Professional hypesters have already been charged in at least one case to my knowledge in running up a company using SI. It was a small company but they did run it up quite a bit. In the larger companies I don't think SI posts matter though. All the Best Druss

VERY sharp bunch of people, many with inside-the-industry connections. Hmmm....perhaps they can afford to be generous to near-term shorts because everyone is bullish about the company in the long run--shorts included. Maybe that is what makes the CTXS folks so uptight...the farther out one looks, the worse it gets. Regards, Carl

Roger, All I know is that life is way too short for an individual to get as upset as some people do when you speak negative of a stock that that person seem to have fallen in love with! I do not let any post upset me for if it did I would not even read them! When people do get upset or turn on a person for something they may have said about a stock, I would make a bet that that person has too much riding on that one stock! Another lesson, and that is if one can not sleep at night or gets upset with people when they post then he or she needs to find another way to make money! Hank
