Have you considered where the US would be without the baggage of NY, NJ, MI, and MA? We'd be at fewer than half the number of deaths. Literally, the equivalent of a seasonal flu. But these four poorly managed states have you proclaiming the USA to be lagging.

These few places are responsible for half of the death and destruction in the entire country.

So, why don't you just think about that a bit?
