I picked some up at 3.35 on the first fall back to 3.30 level. I was waiting to ascertain if this rally would be sustained as evidenced by increasing volume. I still work with the resistance plateau at 3.65+/- with the possibility of 4.00 in the next day or so.

There's nothing wrong in Libya, they finished the Facha tests several days ago, RSO is now waiting for National Oil Corporation to approve the press release. Friday is the weekly holiday in Libya, so perhaps on Monday?
