***Response from Joe Lanza***

Wes,

I think you are wrong again. But first, let me apologize for using the
word "clown"--I know it's hard to believe but sometimes even I get mad.

Here is where you're wrong about Andy Proctor, in my humble opinion
(it's also hard to believe but I am a very humble man by nature): Andy,
who said he was not selling stock, has been selling stock and for as
low as 23 cents. The market makers know who he is and they know how much
stock he has. So we now have a 23-cent lid on the stock price unless Andy
sells his position to Xecom at 15.5 cents a share.

I, stupidly, have bought stock all the way down. If I had known Andy
was going to be selling, I would have placed a bid at 13 cents and
waited.

Xecom cannot go anywhere with 3.2 million shares hanging over its head.
Now, thanks to you, all the shareholders, including silly me, should see
this. Have a fun ride

Joe
