Why are you trying to defend this stuff? You say you're politically free, but you look like you're extremely tightly controlled by partisan consideration. You cannot make the argument, credibly, that the NE states has performed well. I didn't attempt to do that. You are imagining things. I made no observation let alone judgment on the performance of those states, not one way or the other. I will repeat, yet again, that I am almost never arguing points with you. Nor am I taking a position. As usual, I am simply vetting your work product. Your analysis of this is particularly abysmal. You clearly set out to make a red/blue distinction and are indifferent to the many factors that play, factors some of which were in place even before the blue governments had a chance to screw things up as you claimed.
