Good evening Tim,
I agree with your assesment of Patterson's presentation. In addition, I was also impressed with Tom Steel(sp?). I came away from the CC feeling very good. However, after a few hours I have a few additional comments:
1) We need additional guidance regarding the potential revenue stream from the initiatives that Tradewave is putting into place
2) What is the significance of the telecommunication deal that they have apparently entered into?
3) During the conference call, the management said that they would be profitable by the September quarter. Their expenses per quarter is ~5.5 million dollars, and they are currently earning rougly 5 million dollars/quarter. Mind you that these figures are without taking their NT product or increased sales from Tradewave into account. Is it just me or do their figures look AWFULLY conservative.
4) Someone asked BC if the NT product would add to net revenues in a meaningful way or would the revenues simply trickle in. After thinking about it,( I believe it was BC,) he said that there would be significant revenues associated with NT.
5) Look for possible comparison of our products to others in Feb/March in the journals/mags

Sincerely,

Jas
