Been there, done that. Now, when to sell?

The forecast sounds really good. Could we see 20 again soon? I had actually been waiting for 25 or so and I may just wait it out. This time of year is typically when CLE makes a move (not that I really expect much out of charts but I don't ignore them either). I wish WS would come around to recognizing CLE as a solid company.
