We all seems to agree that CPQ got a real deal and when they institute their "best practices" with DEC they will realize greatly. Also Dec had cleared the DECK these past few months and we hoped would realize on it by themselves anyway even with Palmer etc. So it seems that to realize personally on this one has to buy CPQ after the deal closes. Meanwhile I am waiting to see if their are others out there to bid higher. In any event we get a share of CPQ to reap some benefit from this steal. My opinion. Rich
