Apple has taken into account on Claris restructuring costs:

biz.yahoo.com

How much could Apple save due to the layoff of 300 head counts? It's
about $30M annually, which means $7.5M for every quarter. Those who
got laid off should be able to get a job easily under current
excellent job market condition, especially software developers.

Apple's stock in today's market shows as a typical waiting-game. The
volume was fading to under 1M (similar to pre- or post-Christmas day).
The price still shys away from $19.75 (today's range $19.6875 - $19).
No significant big buyers kicked in except at the early session.

Can we re-test $19.75 tomorrow? It depends upon how money managers
as well as individual investors/speculators interpret Claris'
consolidation. To me, it's good sign for Apple to become meaner,
leaner, and more profitable, even could reflect in the current
quarter.
