FYI, States News Service reported an additional 100,000 shares sold by CR, according to my records that brings his total shares sold up to 250,000,also, Masuda reported the sale of 10,000 shares on 1/26/98 through Merrill Lynch. The news was released at 2:30 eastern time. The stock appears to be holding tough at the 4 1/2 level and was unphased by today's announcement. These sales have been excused as unimportant by some on this thread but unless you have some real insight into CR's motivation for this activity it should be a concern.
