Lady was gouging What happened to all in this together ?

i understand that behaviour (from both sides)
...and the rationalization behind it.

ticket scalping is a good example... sometimes
quite acceptable and welcome, other times
a punishable offence.

capitalism rewards it. scarcity increases value.
deal with it however you like as long as you
do it with love, kindness and a sense humour...
the more subtle, the better. <tiny, subtle smile>

i'm still with mark and the blister on the lack of
empathy for the "fixed income" argument. the
"gouging" argument seems more sensible and
fair to use in this case.

just sayin'...
One of the all time BEST opening riffs :)
agreed.

I remember that storm.
It was pretty awesome.
One thing I remember from those Montreal winters
Was when kids would wait for a vehicle to go by
And run out and grab the back bumper
And go sliding down the street.
The delivery drivers with no windows
In the back doors of their vans
Used to get furious if they saw you grabbing on.
They would watch for kids hanging around stops signs
Hoping to grab onto a bumper.
Looking back, it seems insanely dangerous
But it seemed hilarious back then.
