I sure hope not. It should have been reflected to recent stock price. It explains why the stock price losted 15% after VLSI beated street estimation last Q4.

I wonder why the news story emphasizes the negative. I know there was more to his presentation than just some cautionary statements about the first quarter. Again, VLSI just doesn't get due respect - Two record quarters in a row, and continuing to beat each year ago quarter. Which if any other semiconductor company has also just done this?...

This does not appear to be serious - this drop in revenues sequentially is fairly common with tech stocks due to seasonality. However, still looking to pick up shares around 16 or 17.
