Steve,
IThe fact remains that it still has to be paid, and reserve or not, it affects the bottom line. If you had not had to pay it, you would have been able to reverse it and add it into this quarter, I believe. I might be getting in too deep. Is there an accountant to rescue me?
In any case it is not a real concern for NRI and this thread, and I should probably have not brought it up here.
