Press you are exactly correct the P should be trading at $13.12 with the biid at .375. (.375 x 35 = $13.12)

Now in Oct 1998 54k of the MIDLP float will automatically convert into the accounts of the holders. The MIDLP market will no longer exist once this happens. The othe 117K is held by insiders and have to have a 144 to sell and you will know about by the filing since MIDL is fully reporting.

Now once the 54K in the MIDLP float converts the float will go from 1.1M to 3M. Some selling may or rather will occur but 3M on a company doing 100s of miilons in revenues will have people like myself gearing up for the sell off.
