I certainly know some dims and am sure there are many who aren't aligned with the leadership, but history has shown where leftist politics eventually leads. Criminals are more important than law abiding citizens, illegal aliens are more important than citizens. They don't care about anyone than themselves. Rush said yesterday than most people don't care a lot about the lot of others. I think he is right but I see one key difference. Solid Conservatives believe that God given rights are to be respected and nurtured. They respect your right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Dims don't, at least the leadership doesn't. Rights are up to their definition and are granted by government and are not unalienable. Their definition changes based on what narrative they decode best meets their end - power. Part of their long range plan is to desensitize citizens to the pain, suffering of others they deem as "not people", the unborn and conservatives now occupy those ranks. They also desire to get the vast majority of citizens to bow to the government rules and regulations. One of the Dutch riders that i met had a group of government employees whose job it was to get the citizens to adopt and bs they wanted to throw out as global warming or Islam is a peaceful religion.
