AGREE, The horrible preparedness and the ridiculously poor response of the federal government will go down in history as possibly the biggest blunder ever, may be even worse than vietnam or the iraq invasion under bush jr. 1. we didnt have enough ppe 2. we didnt increase the mass domestic production of n95 masks when it was recommended 3. We screwed up on tests and its taken 4 months to fix this problem may be 4. we never had a well thought out national plan, instead we have a seat of the pants president who wants to will things to happen and then blames others when it doesnt. 5. we returned covid positive patients from the hospitals back to nursing homes. 6. we didnt have enough ppe for nursing home staff 7. we allowed nursing home staff to work at more than one venue 8. we couldnt and still dont test all nursing home resident and staff for covid. the list can go on and on sadly.
