Hello GemSeeker,

I wouldn't say they have taken down Goliath.

That said...
Goliath is on his knees with the Mother of all headaches, vision is black with spots, ears are ringing.

In a year or so when rotten aapl has written a much larger check
with the quarterly Running Royalty checks coming...

Then we can say the Giant is D E A D.

I want to see injunctions against rotten aapl in Europe and Japan.

I'd also like to see some revenues from a couple licenses.

VHC has taught me A LOT about conviction.

The jury verdict called for damages of $0.84 per accused device since the 2013 launch of Apple's iOS 7 operating system and represents 598,629,580 infringing units from US sales only. On March 13, 2020, VirnetX was paid a $454,033,859 judgment in a separate case against Apple.
