One way for the company to (a) reach the price targets for exchange listing and (b) inspire tremendous confidence in stockholders would be to use some of the new credit facility to acquire a company namde Firamada. Why not announce a stock buyback of say 4 or 6 million shares? Reduce the public float while the stock is so lowly priced. When the stock hits $ 3 (as it must for exhcange listing) management would look pretty damned smart to have bought 1.5 million dollars worth of stock with a market value of fifteen million. Pay back the credit facility of 1.5 million by selling 500,000 shares in the open market and the stockholders are very very happy.
